GAAAH!!!

last year i decided to go into the Exotic Animal Training and Management program (aka EATM) at Moorpark College. i went online and discovered that i had already taken two of the five pre req classes (woo hoo!). last week i finally paid off my previous balance for classes i'd taken (after a year and a half), i went online yesterday to plan out my schedule and lo and behold, moorpark has upped the education! they completely removed one class i had taken, replacing it with one that is really very difficult to get in to, and raised the level of the other one i had taken. nooow i have to take all five of the new pre req classes so there's a chance i won't be able to apply this year - that's a whole year gone!!! friends and family scoff at me when i say this but... I'M GETTING SO OLD!!! i have so many milestones and deadlines i've set for myself and i feel like i'm getting really really far behind. the ideal plan was:

apply for the program this year.

get in my first time applying.

start next august.

graduate at the top of my class.

get a job at the wild animal park right outside London.

move to London in 2011-2012 (much to the sadness of my family, but making my single friends
euphoric with the thought of visiting me and finding a foreign lover)

live a kick-a awesome life full of travel and adventure.

now it's being put off a year and i feel like if i don't get in this next time around i'll be pretty much screwed because of the movie coming out. (if you haven't heard, which you probably haven't, Naomi Watts is starring in a romantic comedy based on the book Kicked, Bitten and Scratched which is a behind the scenes look at the EATM program... nothing romantic about it). it's inevitable that applications will go up after the movie comes out next year, right? i had hope when i heard that because of all the animal attacks lately, applications dropped about 30% last year and it'll be more this year.

*sigh* oh well.

i'm sick of waiting for my life to start.
